自我效能干预对手术患者焦虑的影响

Influence of self-efficacy intervention on psychological anxiety of operation patients

目的探讨增强自我效能对手术患者焦虑的影响。方法将2011年1月～2012年12月200例手术患者随机分为对照组和干预组，其中干预组为100例，对照组为100例，对照组采用常规护理措施；干预组采用增强自我效能的护理干预方法。比较2组患者干预前后自我效能、焦虑差异。结果干预组自我效能水平和焦虑心理较干预前和对照组均有所改善，差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论增强手术患者的自我效能干预，可提高患者解决问题的能力、完成目标和应付事情的自信心，有效缓解手术患者的焦虑心理。

Objective To discuss the influence of self-efficacy intervention on psychological anxiety of operation patients.Methods 200 operation patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group, the control group accepted routine nursing inter- vention,while the intervention accepted self-efficacy intervention. Observation the self-efficacy and anxiety of patients before and after intervention.Results The level of self-efficacy and anxiety of the intervention group were more improved after intervention and than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Increasing the self-efficacy of operation patients may improve their ability to solve the problem, and the confidence to achieve targets and cope with work. Self-efficacy intervention can effectively improve psychological anxiety of operation patients.
