儿科门诊优质护理的实践与体会

Clinical application of humanistic care inpediatric nursing

目的探讨优质护理对儿科护理质量的影响。方法选取本院2010年7月～2012年7月收治的120例患儿，随机分为对照组和观察组2组，每组60人。对照组患儿采用常规护理方法，观察组患儿在常规护理的同时开展优质护理。然后对2组患儿及其家属对护理人员的满意度及护理效果进行比较。结果观察组患儿及其家属对医院护理工作的满意度较对照组高，同时所产生的护患纠纷事件明显较少，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在儿科开展优质护理服务，能够有效提高患儿及其家属对护理人员的满意度，同时减少护患纠纷，使医院服务得到优化，医疗护理服务质量得到显著提升，对患儿的康复具有重要的促进作用。

Objective To analyze the quality of nursing care of pediatric nursing quality effect. Methods 120 cases treated in our hos-pital from July 2010 to July 2012 were divided into two groups which have 60 cases. The patients in the control group nursed with conventional nursing method while the observation group with quality nursing care besides routine care. Then on two groups of chil-dren and their families to nursing staff’s degree of satisfaction and nursing effects were compared. Results Compared with that of control group, the observation group children and their families to nursing job satisfaction is higher, at the same time the nurse-pa-tient disputes were significantly less, two compared with statistcally significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion In the pediatric devel-op quality care, can effectively improve the children and their families to nursing staffs degree of satisfaction,and reduce nurse-pa-tient disputes, the hospital has been optimized, the quality of medical and nursing services are significantly increased, children’s re-habilitation has an important role in promoting.
