摘要
利用乙醇与银离子之间的氧化还原作用,在AAO(anodie aluminum oxide)模板上制备了银纳米颗粒。SEM图像表明,银纳米颗粒随着反应时间的延长逐渐增大,数目逐渐增多。然后,对银纳米颗粒进行了热处理,实验结果表明,银纳米颗粒随着热处理温度的升高逐渐长大融合,最终形成致密堆积的银纳米线。
Ag nanoparticles were fabricated within AAO (anodic aluminum oxide) template by means of redox between ethanol and silver ion. The SEM images demonstrated that Ag nanoparticles became bigger gradually, and their amount in- creased with the reaction time prolonging. Then, the Ag nanoparticles were heated. The result indicated that Ag nanoparti- cles melt with the temperature increasing, and became Ag nanowires finally.
