摘要
采棉机凸轮盘作为采棉机采摘头的重要零件,其加工工艺和技术要求非常高,要求工作表面粗糙度比较低,而且在内部不允许有气孔、缩孔、缩松等缺陷,而生产实践中影响凸轮盘铸造工艺过程的因素较多,经常发生以上铸造缺陷,直接影响产品质量。通过传统的铸造工艺设计与现代设计方法,对设计过程和生产过程进行优化。分析并提出通过设计合理冒口、采用外冷铁工艺以及控制合金化学成分可以帮助减小热节的影响,消除缩孔和缩松缺陷。
The cam plate is an important part of picking head in the cotton--picking machine, so the requirements of its processing technology and technical requirements are very high, and the requirements about the work surface roughness is lower, at the same time defects are not allowed inside, such as blow hole, shrinkage cavity, shrinkage etc. But during the production process, there are many factors affect CAM disk casting that leading to cast defects mentioned above, and directly affect the quality of products. Using the traditional casting process design and modern design method to optimize the design and production process, and put forward reasonable design riser, adopting cold iron process and controlling alloy chemical composition can help to reduce the influence of hot section, and eliminate the shrinkage cavity and shrinkage defects.
