摘要
文章从儿童血尿的定义、诊断步骤,归纳出儿童血尿的诊断思路:首先要鉴别真性血尿与假性血尿;然后对真性血尿鉴别其是肾小球性血尿,还是非肾小球性血尿;再进一步根据临床资料及辅助检查结果综合分析鉴别做出具体疾病诊断。
This article summarized the definition and diagnostic process of hematuria in children. First differentiate between real hematuria and false hematuria, then differentiate between glomerular hematuria and non-glomerular hematuria,and finally make a diagnosis of illness according to clinical data and assistant examinations.
