摘要
目的 分析Tourette综合征(Tourette syndrome,TS)患儿Th1/Th2细胞的功能状态.方法 对41例TS患儿(TS组)、60名同期健康儿童(对照组),采用酶联免疫吸附法测定2组血清中白介素(IL)-1β、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IL-12、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的浓度并进行比较,同时分析肺炎支原体抗体阳性者及阴性者之间上述细胞因子有无差异.结果 TS组血清IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ浓度分别为(357.35±69.14)、(31.62±8.58)、(294.79±34.61) kU/L,对照组分别为(454.24±69.14)、(40.16±15.24)、(323.48±55.73) kU/L,TS组血清IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ浓度较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(均P <0.05);TS组血清IL-4浓度为(403.05±55.62) kU/L,对照组为(309.53±63.76)kU/L,TS组较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组间血清IL-1β、IL-10浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).肺炎支原体抗体阳性组及阴性组之间IL-1β、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、IL-12、IFN-γ的浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 Tourette综合征患儿存在Th1/Th2细胞功能的失衡.
Objective To explore the Thl/Th2 state in serum with Tourette syndrome (TS). Methods The IL-1β,IL-2,IL-4,IL-lO,IL-12 and IFN-γ in peripheral blood were measured in 41 children with TS and 60 healthy children by ELISA to find out the difference between them, and the difference between ones with positive and negative MP antibodies. Results The levels of IL-2 ,IL-12 and IFN-γin TS group were( 357.35 ± 69. 14), (31.62 ± 8.58 ) and (294. 79 ± 34. 61 ) kU/L, while the levels of IL-2, IL-12 and IFN-γ in control group were (454. 24 ± 69. 14), (40. 16 ± 15.24) and (323.48 ±55.73) kU/L, and differences were significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The level of IL-4 was ( 403.05 ± 55.62 ) kU/L in TS group and ( 309. 53 ± 63.76 ) kU/L in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were no significant differences on the levels of IL-1 [3 and IL-10 between children with TS and controls (P 〉 0. 05 ). The levels of IL-1 [3, IL-2, IL-4,IL-10, IL-12 and IFN-γ were not significantly different between ones with MP antibodies positive and ones with negative ( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusions Thl/Th2 functional state may be unbalanced in children with Tourette syndrome.
