摘要 肝细胞癌（hepatocellularcarcinoma，HCC）有较高的发病率和病死率，是一个重要的公共卫生问题。HCC有可识别的潜在疾病的阶段，因而可以进行筛查。用于疾病筛查的指标应能在疾病早期阶段一次性检测，并能在随访过程中反复复查。在危险因素存在的情况下，HCC的年发病率可从低于1％提高到6％以上。因此，HCC的重点筛查对象为慢性乙型肝炎相关的肝硬化患者、慢性乙肝病毒（HBV）感染的非肝硬化患者（男性〉40岁，女性〉50岁，
