金达克宁联用护臀膏防治新生儿臀红观察

The application of ketconazole cream combined with nappy rash cream in preventing newborn eczema

目的探讨金达克宁乳膏联用护臀膏防治新生儿臀红的效果。方法 370例重度臀红患儿随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用婴儿护臀霜治疗,观察组采用金达克宁乳膏与护臀膏联用,3天后观察效果。结果观察组治疗臀红的有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),患儿皮疹消退,皮疹溃破消退及皮肤糜烂消退时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论金达克宁乳膏与护臀膏联用防治新生儿臀红,方便、经济、有效,无不良反应,具有很好的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of Daktarin Glod combined with Nappy Creamin preventing neonate diaper dermatitis .Methods 370 cases with severe neonate diaper dermatitis were divided into combination therapy group and control grouprandomly .The patients in control group were treated with Nappy Creamonly , while those in combination therapy group were treated with ketconazole cream combined with nappy rash cream, changes were recorded, andcompare the effects 3 days after treatment.Results The therapy effect of combination group was significantly better than the control group （P ＆lt;0.01）.The time of erythrafadeaway, erythra burst fadeawayand erosion disappeared in combination group was shorter than that of control group （P＆lt;0. 01）.Conclusions Combination therapy with Daktarin Clod and Nappy Cream is worth of clinical application for it has advantages such as convenient /economical/effective and has no adverse effects .
