摘要
在白车身开发过程中,设计了一种新型的水箱框架上横梁延伸板结构,它通过紧固件螺接的方式安装在白车身前端的水箱框架总成上。和传统的焊接固定方式相比,这种新型的螺接结构具有可拆卸的特点。在总装造车和售后服务时,操作工通过拆卸该板,便能获得更大的工作空间去方便地拆装和维修发动机舱内的零部件,减小了操作难度。以发动机舱内的蓄电池拆装过程为例,证明了螺接水箱框架上横梁延伸板结构的设计有效且实用。钣金零件使用螺接的设计方法,具有一定的普遍意义,适用但不限于水箱框架上横梁延伸板,可根据实际需求,应用于白车身其他零件的开发。
Designed a new type front end UPR tie bar extension panel which is bolted to the front end of Body-In-White by fasteners. It can be disassembled easily in comparison with the traditional welded one. When assembled in GA shop or maintained in after-sale service, operator can expediently handle the work with enough space which is obtained by disassembling the new type extension panel. The assembly & disassembly process of battery in engine cabin is used as a typical example to demonstrate that the bolted structure is easy to be installed and removed. Design of bolted sheet metal part is proved as a useful method in Body-In-White development.
