Along with the rapid development of our country＇s economy and society, the pace of urban construction is also continually accelerating. Under such a background, the old town has obtained powerful transformation. Starting from the concept and features of the construction of urban public facilities, and connecting with the urban transformation and planning, this paper probes into some concrete measures for developing the construction of public facilities in the course of old town＇ s decentralization in order to be beneficial for old town＇ s transformation.
