摘要
以同煤大唐热电二期2×300 MW工程为例,详细介绍了3万t贮煤筒仓顶部混凝土浇筑技术。此技术的关键是利用中心柱和筒壁作为支座,采用型钢临时支撑平台代替传统的筒体内部搭设脚手架的施工方法,在临时支撑平台上完成最终的混凝土浇筑施工。
Taking the second phase of the project of 2x300 MW unit in Datang Thermal Power Co., Ltd. of Datong Coal Group as an example, this paper introduces in detail the concreting technology used on the top of 30 000 t coal silo, the keys of which are making use of the center column and silo wall as the support, adopting the construction method of using the steel section temporary support platform instead of the traditional scaffold erection within the silo, and finally finishing the concreting construction on the temporary support platform.
