狗枣猕猴桃嫩枝扦插试验 被引量:7

摘要 采用L9(34)正交设计,研究了基质类型(纯河砂、砂∶土=1∶1、砂∶土∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1简称混)、生根调节剂类型(吲哚丁酸IBA、吲哚乙酸IAA、萘乙酸NAA)、生根调节剂浓度(200、500、1000×10-6mg/ml)对狗枣猕猴桃嫩枝扦插效果的影响。结果表明:选用纯河砂做为扦插基质,500×10-6mg/ml浓度的吲哚乙酸速蘸(10s),效果最佳,成活率95.2%,扦插苗移栽平均成活率36%;扦插基质对狗枣猕猴桃嫩枝扦插生根影响最大,生根调节剂浓度次之,生根调节剂种类的影响最小。无论是生根率、扦插苗根长,还是扦插苗移栽当年的高、径生长量均以砂基质最佳。 The test of Actinidia kolomikta shoots cutting effect adopted L9 (34) orthogonal design, the factors were pure river sand, sand: soil, sand soil: Perlite: = 1:1 = 1: 1:1 referred to as mixed type, the concentration of IBA, IAA and NAA were 200, 500, 1000 × 10-6 mg/ml, respectively. The rooting rate and transplanting seedlings were measured and analyzed. The results show that: pure river sand as substrate, the 500ppm indole acetic acid (10s), the speed is the fastest in the experiments, the survival rate is 95. 2%, the average survival rate of cuttage seedling transplanting is 36%; substrates are the greatest impact, follewed by shoot cutting rooting regulators concentration, rooting regulators type is minimum. Sand substrate is the best of the rooting rate, the root length, the height and diameter of cutting propagation transplanting.
