摘要
在欧式木窗外边专用砂光机总体设计的基础上,对以往的传统砂光机进行了一些改进设计:改进了侧向定位机构;增加了布轮与吸尘机构,起到精加工与除尘作用;导轨错开布置,保证木窗条无需人工调整,一次性被加工;增加震动磨削机构,使砂光表面更光洁,并运用ANSYS软件对关键部件支撑板进行有限元分析。
Based on the overall design of special sander using to the outside edge of European-style wooden window, the design of traditional sander was improved partly: improving the lateral positioning mechanism; increasing the wheel and suction mechanism, in order to finishing and dedusting; guiding staggered for ensuring the wood window without manual adjustment and one-time processing; increasing the vibration grinding mechanism to clean the sanding surface more. By using the ANSYS software, the key components of the support plate was analysised by finite element.
