摘要
本文以上海地区六所高校为试点,对日语专业学生的日语学习意识、学习过程以及学生视角下的日语教师、日语教学等进行了调查分析。结果表明:有30.8%的同学认为进入日语专业不是正确的选择,而且随着学年呈现出递增趋势,三年级最高,为43.6%;近9成同学把"就业"直接或间接地作为自己学习的动力源,凸显出目前日语学习的实用主义和功利性特点;近76.3%的学生认为精读教师对学生的管理偏于严格。同时教师的管理严格程度与学生的努力程度呈中度正相关关系。但是通过交叉表分析表明:学生在学习方面趋于依赖教师的管理,缺乏积极性和主动性。如何激发学生学习日语的内在动力,如何突出日语教育的人文价值等问题,是当前日语教育、教学与研究中所面临的重要课题之一。
This paper surveys the Japanese majors from six shanghai-based universities on learning awareness of Japanese, the learning process, the teachers and Japanese teaching. The results show that 30.8%of the respondents regret choosing Japanese as their major and this dissatisfaction grows as their study moves on, reaching a peak of 43.6%in the 3rd academic year;driven by utilitarianism, nearly 90%take employment as their learning motivation directly or indirectly;76.3% perceive the rigid management from their intensive-reading teachers, which meanwhile keeps a distinct positive correlation to the students’ efforts. However, the cross-tabulation analysis shows that the students tend to be less self-motivated and rely more on their teachers. Therefore, how to ignite the students’ inner impetus and highlight the humanistic value of Japanese education has become one of the major issues in the current Japanese teaching and research.
