异体造血干细胞移植患者移植期照顾者身心状态的质性研究

Qualitative research of caregiver＇s physical and mental health for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients

目的了解异体造血干细胞移植患者移植期间照顾者的身心真实感受，探讨照顾者在此期间存在的身体和心理问题，分析相关原因，并提出相应对策。方法运用质性研究中现象学研究的方法，采用直接访谈方式收集12例照顾者的资料，应用分析记录和现象分析法进行分析。结果照顾者身心承受巨大压力，生活质量受到影响，经济负担过重，对患者的照顾工作负担沉重，有强烈困惑感。结论医护在照顾异体造血干细胞移植患者的同时，更要关注照顾者的身心压力，设法减轻他们的心理负担，并呼吁医疗机构和社会给予异体造血干细胞移植患者照顾者应有的关爱和照顾。

Objective To investigate caregiver＇s physical and mental status for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients during the transplant, explore their physical and psychological problems, analyze the reasons and propose related countermeasures. Methods Phenomenological method in the qualitative research was used to collect the data of 12 caregivers by direct interviewing, and records as well as phenomenological analysis was used for analysis. Results Caregivers endured great physical and psychological pressure, whose quality of life was affected and economic burden was too heavy. They had a strong sense of confusion due to the heavy responsibility of caring patients. Conclusions Except for the allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients, doctors and nurse should pay more attention to the pressure of caregivers, try to reduce their psychological burden and call for more love and caring from medical institutions and community.
