摘要
目的建立保健食品不同剂型中(片剂、硬胶囊、软胶囊)柠檬黄、日落黄、新红、胭脂红、苋菜红、诱惑红、赤藓红、亮蓝8种常用合成色素的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 3种不同剂型的被测样品中的合成色素用相对应前处理方法经乙醇氨溶液提取完全后在柱温40℃时通过C18柱分离,以乙腈-40 mmol/L乙酸铵为流动相、梯度淋洗分离;采用二极管阵列检测器定性、外标法定量。结果该方法测定限为0.0085 mg/kg^0.032 mg/kg,8种合成色素相关系数均为0.9999,线性范围为10.0μg/ml^100.0μg/ml;加标回收率为88.9%~100.8%,相对标准偏差为1.03%~4.66%。结论该方法操作简便、准确、快速、分离效果好,能实现3种剂型中8种合成色素的同步分析,适用于保健食品中常用合成色素(柠檬黄、日落黄、新红、胭脂红、苋菜红、诱惑红、赤藓红、亮蓝)的分析,可以满足保健食品中8种常用合成色素的检测需求。
Objective To establish a method for determination of 8 common synthetic colourants in health foods with the form of tablet, hard capsule, soft capsule by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The colourants in samples were ex- tracted with ethanol - ammonia solution, then separated on a Cts column at 40 ℃ with a mobile phase of acetonitrile - 40 mmol/L ammonium acetate for gradient elution, detected with photodiode array detector and quantified with external standard method. Results The detection limits of the method were 0.0085 mg/kg ~ 0.032 mg/kg(r = 0. 9999). The linear range of the method was 10.0μg/ml N 100.0 μg/ml. The recoveries of the method were 88.9% N 100.8% with RSDs of 1.03% ~4.66%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate, with good separation effect, it can be used for simultaneous determi- nation of 8 common synthetic colourants in health foods in the forms of tablet, soft capsule and hard capsule.
