长沙市2010年-2011年食源性致病菌耐药性分析 被引量:3

Drug resistance analysis of foodborne pathogens in Changsha in 2010 and 2011

摘要 目的了解长沙地区食源性金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌和单增李斯特菌的耐药情况,指导抗生素的合理应用。方法对2010年-2011年检出的57株金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌和单增李斯特菌使用微量肉汤稀释法分别进行药敏试验。结果 28株金黄色葡萄球菌对16种抗生素中的4种完全敏感(100%),对盘尼西林均耐药(100%),对苯唑西林的耐药率达57.14%。10株沙门菌对14种抗生素均产生不同程度的耐药,对四环素和阿莫西林-克拉维酸的耐药率最高,达60.00%,且对6种以上抗生素的多重耐药率高达40%。19株单增李斯特菌对15种抗生素均敏感(100%),无耐药菌株的出现。结论长沙地区食源性金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门菌耐药形势严峻,应加强抗生素的管理和耐药性监测。 Objective To investigate the antimicrobial susceptibility of foodborne pathogenic bacteria such as Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus and Listeria monocytogenes in Changsha, so as to provide guidance for the application of antibiotics. Methods Ten strains of Salmonella, 28 strains of Staphylococcus aureus and 19 Listeria monocytogenes isolates from Changsha from 2010 to 2011 were collected for drug sensitivity test by broth dilution technique. Results Twenty - eight strains of Staphy- lococcus aureus were fully sensitive to 4 kinds of antibiotics( 100% ), but fully resistant to penicillin ( 100% ). The resistance rate of Staphylococcus aureus against oxacillin was 5"/. 14%. Ten strains of Salmonella showed various resistance to 14 kinds of antibiotics, with highest drug resistance rate against tetracycline and amoxicillin - clavulanic acid, reaching 60%. The multi - drug resistance rate of Salmonella was 40%, resistant to at least six kinds of antimicrobials. Nineteen strains of Listeria monocy- togenes were fully sensitive to fifteen kinds of antimicrobials, without drug resistant strains. Conclusion Salmonella and Staph- ylococcus aureus had severe drug resistance in Changsha, indicating it was necessary to strengthen drug resistance monitoring of food - borne pathogens and management of antibiotics usage, so as to reduce the drug resistance of pathogens.
