摘要
目的:研究电针不同介入时间对大鼠脑出血(ICH)的干预作用。方法:192只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和电针组,各组分别分6 h、24 h、72 h、7 d共4个亚组。建立大鼠ICH模型,干预后评定行为学变化,并观察各组大鼠脑组织形态学改变。结果:大鼠灌注取脑前进行行为学评分,各组结果无统计学意义(P>0.05);光镜下:模型组血肿周围脑组织坏死,可见到较多含铁血黄素颗粒,炎细胞浸润。针刺组较模型组脑组织有所修复,其中6 h组较其它各电针组改善更明显。结论:不同时间介入电针,特别是ICH后早期进行电针治疗,可以改善ICH大鼠脑组织损伤,减轻炎症反应,保护神经元,促进脑组织的功能修复。
Objective:To study the intervention after experimental intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) in rats trea- ted by the electro -acupuncture(EA) at different time points. Methods: 192 rats were divided into normal con- trol group,sham operated group,ICH model group and EA group. Every group was divided into 6 h,24 h,72 h and 7 d subgroups. Produce the ICH models, evaluate the behavioral changes and observe the change of each rat's brain tissue appearance after the intervention. Results:Evaluate the behavioral changes before killing all the rats,there was no statistical significance between the subgroups ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; it was discovered that the model rat's brain tissue surrounding the hematoma was necrosis, containing lots of hemosiderin particles, phlegmasia cells infiltrated with the method of observation under light microscope. Compared with the model group, the EA rats' damage was abatement, especially in the 6h subgroup. Conclusion: The EA treatment at different time points, especially the 6h subgroups, can lessen the dropsy of the brain tissue,lighten the inflammatory reaction, protect the nerve cells and promote the function recovery of the brain tissue.
