针灸疗法防治原发性肝癌的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion therapy for Prevention and Treatment of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

应用中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)检索近20年来关于针灸疗法对抗原发性肝癌(HCC)的相关文献,共50篇。从临床应用与实验研究两大角度入手进行概述,在预防、治疗、止痛、改善术后并发症与放化疗毒副反应4个方面做总结,以期了解不同针灸疗法对抗HCC的研究现状,并结合存在的问题与发展趋势作以评述和探讨,旨在为针灸防治HCC的深入研究提供参考。

Relative literatures on the acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for HCC in the recent 20 years were retrieved in CNKI. Fifty articles were analyzed. These researches were summarized from the angles of clinical application and laboratory studies. The survey was made from the aspects as follows： prevention, treatment, an- algesia and improvement of postoperative complications and the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In order to provide references for further study on the prevention and treatment of HCC with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy, the author made a discussion and comment on the existing problems and its developing tendency.
