近5年毫针治疗颈性眩晕临床应用概况

Survey of Clinical Application on Cervical Vertigo Treated with Acupuncture Needle in Recent Five Years

为分析近5年国内文献毫针治疗颈性眩晕的临床应用现状，检索2009年1月1日～2013年7月1日中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）和维普资讯-中文科技期刊数据库（VIP），分别从疗法与疗效、穴位选择、临床操作3方面进行总结归纳。结果表明毫针治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切；毫针与它法联合治疗使用较多；风池、颈夹脊、百会等为常用穴位。但目前临床操作欠规范，临床治疗规律不明确，机制研究不充分，有待进一步完善。

Electronic retrieval was carried out on literatures from the period of Jan 1 st ,2009 to July 1 st, 2013 in databases of CNKI and VIP. The selected literatures were summarized and classified from the aspects of treat- ment, curative effect, acupoint selection and manipulations to analyze the status of clinical application on cervical vertigo treated with acupuncture needle in recent five years. It turned out that acupuncture for treating cervical vertigo was effective. It was common that acupuncture was used with other therapies. Fengchi（ GB 20）, cervical Jiaji（ EX -B 2）and Baihui （DU 20）were the common acupoints. However, manipulations of acupuncture were not standardized. Laws of clinic were not clear. Mechanism researches were still inadequate. All of these were needed to be improved.
