光折变晶体中间段空间电荷场强度特性研究

THE INTENSITY DEPENDENCE OF SPACE-CHARGE FIELD AT INTERMEDIATE REGIME IN PHOTOREFRACTIVE CRYSTALS

从 Kukhtarev材料方程出发 ,在单载流子和不假定自由载流子线性复合情况下 ,推出了中间段非线性空间电荷场的表达式 .对其强度特性进行了理论分析 .用 Ce∶ KNSBN晶体进行了两波耦合的强度特性实验研究 .

It is derived an expression of nonlinear space charge filed at intermediate regime from Kukhtarev′s materials equations single charge carrier without assuming the linear recombin ation of free charge carries,Intensity dependence of space charge field is studied theoretically.The two beam coupling in the Ce∶KNSBN crystal has been investigated experimentally as a function of Intensity.
