水泥强度试验机的研制

摘要 水泥的强度是评价水泥质量的重要指标,也是划分水泥强度等级的依据。介绍了抗折压一体化水泥强度试验机的总体结构,试验机控制系统以微处理器为核心,压力值检测采用二级放大电路提高检测精度,力值加荷控制通过驱动变频器对油泵进行调速实现。软件设计采用C语言编程准确实现加荷力值按等速率要求增加,在现场运行试验结果表明系统能够达到检测水泥强度的目的,而且操作方便、性能稳定。 The strength of the cement is an important index to evaluate the quality of the cement and is the basis of dividing the cement strength grade.This paper introduces the overall structure of the cement strength tester which can be tested to the flexural and compressive strength of cement.Machine control system with the microprocessor as the core and pressure value detection adopt two-stage amplifier circuit to improve detection precision,strength load control by drive inverter for oil pump speed regulation.Software design using C language accurate loading force value according to the requirements of such rate increase,In the field operation test results show that the system can achieve the purpose of testing concrete strength,and easy to operate,stable performance.
