逻辑分析仪自动测试系统设计与实现

Design and realize of automatic test system of logic analyzer

主要阐述了逻辑分析仪自动测试系统,该系统主要由直流校准器、数字示波器、数字多用表、脉冲信号发生器、GPIB电缆、计算机、打印机等硬件组成,主要用来测试逻辑分析仪的阈值、毛刺和时钟等。阐述了基于VB的自动测试软件的应用及测量结果的处理。并与传统的测试方法进行了比较,验证了其可行性,系统具有结构简单、易于实现和集成等特点,同时大大提高了工作效率,减少了人为因素对测量结果的影响,显示出了该自动测试系统的优越性,并对组建其他自动测试系统也有一定的参考价值。

A automatic test system for Logic Analyzer in this paper.Its hard ware consista of the DC calibrators,digital oscilloscope,digital multimeter,pulse generator,GPIB cable,computer,printer ects.The system is used to test the Threshold Accuracy,glitch,clock rate of the Logic Analyzer.The vb-based ontrolled function and measurement results and processing.Compared with traditional testing methods,the automatic test system is simply structured and is easily to realize and integrated; the automatic test system shows its superiority,while it also has reference value for other test system.
