摘要 工件偏心检测在光学系统装调中有重要作用,设计并实现了工件的偏心检测系统。首先,依据实验室的条件设计了工件偏心检测系统的整体方案;其次,对测量系统进行数学建模,对建立的检测模型进行数学分析,说明检测的可能性,同时通过实际的数据采集证明了数学分析的准确性,依据测量原理的数学分析,提出使用最小二乘法从检测信号中拟合待测信号,并通过仿真实验证明这种方法的可行性;再次,在MFC架构下使用Signallib及MATLAB静态库生成工具编写偏心检测软件,使用编写的软件采集数据,并对数据进行分析,证明了提出检测方法的可行性及软件系统的可靠性;最后,重新分析整个测量原理的假设,提出了降低假设要求而提高测量效果的方法。实验证明偏心检测系统具备良好的检测效果,同时设计的软件系统具备良好的数据可视化能力,工件偏心检测系统的分析和设计思路可以广泛地应用于系统检测中。 Eccentric detecting of workpiece plays an important role in the optics system assembly and adjustment.The paper design and implement eccentric detecting system for workpiece.Firstly,the overall solution for eccentric detecting system of workpiece is proposed.secondly,mathematical model of the measurement system is set up and analyzed,the analyses of the mathematical model certified the ability of the system,the accuracy of mathematical analysis is proved by measurement data,based on mathematical analysis of the measurement principle the method that using LMS to extract the signal from input data is proposed,which is proved feasible by simulation.Thirdly,based on MFC framework eccentric detection software is implemented using Signallib and Matlab Coder,using the software data acquisition and dataanalyses are carried out,the p rocess illustrates the feasibility of detection method and the reliability of the software.At last,by analyzing thehypothesis of the measurement principle,the method which can improve the measurement effect is put forward.The measurement system has well detecting effect,which is verified by experiment.At mean time,the designed software system has good ability of data visualization.The pattern that used in analysis and design of eccentric detecting can be widely used in the system detects.
