摘要 嵌入式技术的发展,使得测井仪器运用此技术实现网络通信成为热门研究对象。为了满足地面测井系统配接井下仪器的供电需求,设计了一种以芯片LPC1768为核心的嵌入式网络模块,将串行通信与以太网通信集成在一个处理器之内,实现了以太网对Elgar CW电源的输出控制。通过对Elgar CW电源原理及其通信协议的分析,构建了LPC1768-B型网络模块的软硬件结构,重点论述了RS232-TCP/IP转换协议的实现过程。测试结果表明,基于此方案设计的模块结构简单、功耗低、处理速度快、可靠性高,可以完成对电源的远程控制,扩展了测井电源的程控技术。 The development of embedded technology,makes the logging instrument using this technology to realize network communication become hot study object.In order to achieve the ground imaging logging system with the instrument power supply requirements,designed a chip LPC1768 core with embedded network module,serial communications and Ethernet communication integrated within a processor to achieve the Ethernet output on the Elgar CW power control.Through the analysis of the Elgar CW power supply principle and communication protocol,constructed LPC1768-B type network module hardware and software structure,mainly discusses the realization of the agreement RS232-TCP/IP conversion process.The test results show that,based on the modular structure of the program design is simple,low power consumption,fast processing speed,high reliability,can complete the remote control of the power supply,extends the power of programmable logging techniques.
