当前医疗实践中存在的“以人为本”认识误区研究

Misunderstanding of“people-oriented”notion in current medical practice

传统社会向现代社会的转型是人们不断摆脱血缘和情感纽带而日趋原子化的过程,脱离血缘共同体庇荫的人们对人文关怀的渴求也随这一进程与日俱增,而医疗服务的市场化改革使医患关系褪去传统社会那种感性的色彩,让位于冷冰冰的商业交换,这是当前医患关系紧张的大背景。然而,人们对"以人为本"的理解却陷入了诸多误区,这直接构成了医患双方信任危机以及正常医疗服务秩序难以得到保障的思想认识根源。文章通过剖析医疗实践中对"以人为本"存在的认识误区,来揭示影响和谐医患关系和健康医疗服务秩序形成的思想认识障碍,为实现患者之本与医疗服务人员之本的有机统一和相互促进,为最终达到医患双方双赢的局面提供理论参考。

Transformation from the traditional society to a modern society is a process during which people continue to get rid of blood and emotional bonds and become increasingly atomized. Meanwhile, people＇s desire for humanistic care is also increasing with the process, yet the market--oriented health care makes the emotional relationship between doctors and patients give way to cold commercial exchange, which is the current backdrop of tension between doctors and patients. Moreover,people＇s misunderstanding of ＂people--oriented＂ notion contributes in part to a crisis of trust between doctors and patients and the normal order of medical service is difficult to guarantee. In this paper,by analy- zing the misunderstanding of ＂people--oriented＂ notion during medical practice we reveal their thinking and under- standing obstacles to harmonious doctor--patient relationship and provide a theoretical reference for mutual under- standing to achieve a win--win situation for both doctors and patients.
