摘要
叙述并探讨用数字傅里叶分析法测量红外热像仪扫描器光学 MTF的方法 ,该方法采用热像仪调试用的靶标和反射式平行光管及热像仪实际使用的 SPRITE探测器和输出电路 ,并利用扫描器自身的扫描获得线扩展函数。采用离散傅里叶变换法进行计算 ,具有设备简单、易操作和计算快捷的特点。
The digital Fourier analysis method for measuring the optical MTF of scanner in IR imager is de- scribed and discussed in this paper.The method obtains the L SF by making use of the scanning function of the scanner itself,the target slot and reflective collimator as well as the SPRITE detector and its read- out circuit which are practically used in IR imager .The MTF are calculated by DFT.The method makes the simple equip- ment to be easy of operation and quick of calculation.
