铜配合物在低温催化漂白棉针织物中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 以自制的N,N,N',N'-四(2-吡啶甲基)乙二胺铜配合物(TPENCu)为催化剂,应用于棉针织物的双氧水低温漂白工艺。采用核磁共振波谱仪和元素分析仪等分析了该配合物的结构,探讨漂白温度、配合物质量浓度、双氧水质量浓度、烧碱用量、稳定剂用量和漂白时间对漂白效果的影响,通过正交试验,确定了低温漂白优化工艺为:30%H2O210 g/L,配合物TPENCu 20μmol/L,稳定剂0.5 g/L,精练剂0.5 g/L,烧碱2 g/L,浴比1∶10,温度70℃,时间60 min。配合物TPENCu具有很好的低温催化漂白效果,耐碱性较佳,织物处理后白度可达72.1%,顶破强力损失率为5.8%,与常规工艺相当。 Taking self-made copper complex with N, N, N', N'-tetrakis (2-pyridylmethyl) ethylenediamine ( TPENCu ) as a catalyst, cotton knits bleaching at lower temperature is carried out. The structure of the complex is characterized by ^1H NMR and ele mental analysis methods. The effect of bleaching temperature, mass concentration of TPENCu, hydrogen peroxide,caustic so da and stabilizer as well as bleaching time on bleaching results are discusssed. Through orthogonal experiments, the optimum process of low temperature bleaching is determined as follows: 30% H2Oz 10 g/L, TPENCu 20 μmol/L, stabilizer 0.5 g/L, scouring agent 0.5 g/L, sodium hydroxide 2 g/L,liquor ratio 10: 1, bleaching at 70 ℃ for 60 rain. The complex TPENCu exhibits commendable catalytic bleaching effect at low temperature as well as good resistance to alkali. The finished fabric with TPENCu features 73.63% of whiteness and 5.8% decrease in bursting strength, and the quality is comparable to that of samples with tra- ditional process.
