摘要
研究液体分散靛蓝染料的制备工艺及其染色性能,分析染料粒径、还原剂等因素对染色效果的影响。结果表明,液体分散靛蓝染料的最佳研磨时间为4 h,其最佳染色工艺为:还原剂保险粉质量浓度140 g/L,氢氧化钠质量浓度65 g/L,还原时间60 min,还原温度50℃。与常规的粉状靛蓝染料相比,液体分散靛蓝染料的匀染性能优良,耐摩擦色牢度则相当。
The preparation and dyeing properties of dispersed liquid indigo dyes are studied. Influences of particle size of indigo dyes and reductant on dyeing results are analyzed. The results show that the optimal milling time of liquid indigo is 4 h, and the optimum dyeing process is： sodium hydrosulfite 140 g/L, sodium hydroxide 65 g/L, reducing at 50 ℃ for 60 min. Liquid indigo dyes feature better leveling property and similar color fastness to rubbing compared with conventional powder indigo dyes.
