Determination of benzotriazole ultraviolet absorber in textiles by HPLC-MS /MS

摘要 通过萃取和优化仪器条件,建立了高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)测定纺织品中2-(2’-羟基-5’-甲基苯基).苯并三唑的含量,并分析该物质的质谱图和母离子可能的裂解机理。该方法采用Yafian Pumuit?XRs C18色谱柱,含0.1%甲酸的CH3CN-H2O溶液(65:35)作为流动相,并以多反应监测模式进行定性定量分析。结果表明,在0.01-50.00mg/L范围内,UV-P峰面积S与浓度C呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为s=1.0×10^7C+2.0×10^6,相关系数为0.9998;以3盯计算得UV-P的检出限为3ng/L,平均回收率为96.4%~102.6%。该方法灵敏度高、操作简便,可用于纺织品中苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂中UV-P的日常检测。 A novel HPLC-MS/MS method for determination of 2- (2'-hydroxy-5'-methyl-phenyl} -benzotriazole ( such as comme- rial product UV-P) in textiles is developed by improving extraction and HPLC-MS/MS conditions. Mass spectra of UV-P and the possible fragments of parent ion are also analyzed. The analysis is performed on a Varian Pursuit ? XRs C18 column with CH3CN-H20(containing 0.1% formic acid) as mobile phase, and by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) as analysis mode. The results show that, the good linearity exists over the range of 0.01-50.00 mg/L for UV-P. The regression equation and correla- tion coefficients are S= 1.0x10^7C+2.0xl0^6,r=0.999 8 respectively. The detection limit is 3 ng/L(3~) and the average recovery is from 96.4% to 102.6%. The method is proved to be sensitive, simple, and can meet the requirements of the determination of 2- (2'-hydroxy-5'-methyl-phenyl)-benzotriazole in textiles.
