摘要
阐述了加装基于余热利用的燃气轮机(燃机)进气冷却系统后,燃机进气温度对机组经济性影响的理论模型,并结合实际案例进行了计算分析。结果表明,随着燃机进气温度的降低,机组出力逐渐增大;当进气温度降至露点以下时,大量的冷量将用于空气的除湿,使系统造价急剧上升,项目投资收益比大幅下降。建议空气湿度较高地区的燃机在加装进气冷却系统时,应结合除湿手段进行空气脱水预处理。
The output of gas turbine generator can be effectively improved through cooling the inletair, especially at tput of gas turbine high ambient temp on unit economy was presented, an generator can be effectively improved through cooling the inlet erature. Theoretical model of the effect of inlet air temperature d corresponding calculation was conducted combining with an engineering case. The results show that, the unit output gradually increases as the inlet air tem- perature decreases. The system construction cost will rise sharply due to the air dehumidification when the inlet air temperature drops below the dew point, so the cost effectiveness goes worse. Therefore,it suggests that the inlet air dehydration pretreatment should be carried out before in- stallation of inlet air cooling system particularly in coastal areas with high air humidity.
