摘要 基于烟气湿法脱硫技术的高水耗特性,模拟石灰石钙法、镁法、钠碱法脱硫工艺,研究了对应不同原煤水分含量的烟气水蒸气浓度、循环浆液温度、入口烟气温度等参数对湿法脱硫系统耗水量的影响。试验发现:原煤水分含量、循环浆液温度及进口烟气温度均对脱硫塔内凝结水量影响较大;不同烟气湿法脱硫方法均存在一个临界运行参数组,在此临界条件下均能实现湿法脱硫零水耗。 On the basis of high water consumption property of the wet gas desulfurization (FGD) technology, several operation conditions such as the limestone-gypsum method,magnesium method and natrium-alkali method were simulated to investigate the effects of parameters like the vapor concentration in flue gas, the circulating slurry temperature, the inlet flue gas temperature and other parameters corresponding to different water contents in the original coal on water consumption of FGD. The results show that, all the vapor concentration of the flue gas, the temperature of the inlet flue gas and the circulating slurry temperature have a significant influence on the water consumption due to the moisture condensation. There exists a group of critical operating parameters allowing for a zero water consumption (ZWC) system to be built for all the desulfurization methods investigated, even when the most commonly used limestone-gypsum method is employed.
