摘要
以300MW机组为例,研究采用蒸汽喷射热泵将汽动给水泵汽轮机(小汽轮机)的部分排汽回收至机组回热抽汽系统对凝结水进行加热的方法,以有效利用小汽轮机排汽余热。同时,借助等效焓降法对各改造方案的热经济性指标进行了计算和分析比较。结果表明:将蒸汽喷射热泵出口混合蒸汽回收至汽轮机4段抽汽的经济效益最好;机组在额定工况下且蒸汽喷射热泵引射系数为0.75时,发电标准煤耗率可降低1.05g/(kW·h),节能效果显著。
A part of exhaust steam from small steam turbine in a 300 MW unit was recycled to the regenerative extraction steam system to heat the condensate water by steam ejector heat pump, so as to use the exhaust steam and its waste heat effectively. The equivalent enthalpy drop method was adopted to analyze the thermal economic index of different transformation schemes. The results showed that the economic benefits reached the highest when the outlet steam of the steam ejector heat pump was recovered to the fourth section of the steam extraction. The standard coal consumption rate for power generation reduced by 1.05g/(kW · h) under rated load condition when the ejector coefficient was 0.75.
