摘要
对中国石油辽河石化公司60万t/a连续重整装置催化剂再生系统运行初期遇到的问题进行了总结,如再生催化剂提升无法建立、粉尘收集器卸粉尘线带油堵塞、振动导致再生专用氮气在线氧分析仪失灵等。并对问题提出了应对措施。
Problems of the catalyst regeneration system of 600 kt/a continuous platforming unit in PetroChina Liaohe Petrochemical Company at the initial stage of startup were analyzed, and countermeasures to the problems were put forward.
