摘要
弹簧的有限元分析是弹簧应力分析及其设计制造过程中必不可少的过程,ANSYS作为常用的有限元分析软件,分析结果的可靠性毋庸置疑,但其三维建模的复杂性往往给使用者带来很大的障碍,而通过其他三维建模软件导入ANSYS再分析往往也存在模型细节处的失真等问题。论文使用Solid works三维软件中的Simulation工具,对其所建模型直接进行有限元分析,并与实际圆柱螺旋弹簧试验进行对比,验证其分析结果的可靠性,并对弹簧应力进行近一步分析,为后续弹簧的设计提供依据。
Finite element analysis is the essential process for spring, in the force analysis, design and manufacturing. ANSYS is a common fi- nite element analysis software with refiable analysis results, but the complexity of creating 3D modeling tends to give users a lot of obstacles, and importing the modeling from other 3D modeling software into ANSYS often leads the modeling distort. In this paper, using Solid works software to create the spring modeling and then using the tool of simulation to analyze it directly, then comparing the analysis results with the test results of the cylindrical helical spring, verifying the reliability of the analysis results, and these can provide the basis for the subsequent de- sign of the spring.
