切尾拟鲿外周血细胞的显微结构 被引量:3

摘要 应用Wright-Giemsa染液联合染色方法,通过光镜对切尾拟鲿Pseudobagrus truncatus外周血细胞的形态进行观察。结果表明,切尾拟鲿外周血细胞可分为红细胞、单核细胞、淋巴细胞、血栓细胞和嗜中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞两种类型的粒细胞。未发现嗜碱性粒细胞。白细胞中,血栓细胞数量最多,占白细胞总数的39.32%;嗜酸性粒细胞数量最少,仅占白细胞总数的2.30%;单核细胞体积最大,大小为(14.58±3.95)μm×(12.96±2.67)μm;血栓细胞体积最小,大小为(6.53±0.96)μm×(3.65±0.41)μm。此外,统计了红细胞密度为(1.68±0.39)×106/mm3,白细胞密度为(5.84±0.73)×103/mm3。 The morphological characters of the peripheral blood cells of Pseudobagrus truncatus were studied using light microscopy after Wright-Giemsa mixed staining. The result indicated that there were six types of cells including erythrocyte, monocyte, lymphocyte, thrombocyte, neutrophil and eosinophilic granuloeyte in P. truncatus. However, no basophils were found. The highest amount of leucocyte was thrombocyte and the smallest was eosinophil granulocyte, and the percentages of them in leukocytes were 39.32% and 2.30%, respectively. Monocyte had the largest volume while thrombocyte had the smallest, and the size of them were (14.58±3.95) μm×(12.96±2.67) μm and (6.53±0.96) μm×(3.65±0.41) μm, respectively. In addition, the amounts of erythrocytes and leukocyte were (1.68±0.39)×10^6/mm^3 and (5.84±0.73)×10^3/ mm^3, respectively.
