闽南书写：林语堂精神范式的文化探源

Minnan Writing: the Cultural Spirit of Lin Yu-tang Paradigm

林语堂对中国历史文化的传承和弘扬有着极为丰厚的内涵。如果说西方文化是穿在其身上的洋装或外衣,是作为一种外在的行为标准,那么,中华文化乃是他内在的生命灵魂,而闽南文化及其乡土情结则是其重要内质。或者说,其文化精神源于中国文化传统,且根植于闽南文化土壤中。因此,从作家笔下的闽南书写和文化记忆的角度切入,考察林语堂精神范式,可见从闽南乡土和特定的地域文化背景走出的林语堂,其中潜在的因素在其生命历程中有着举足轻重的作用。

Inheritance and spreading of the historical Chinese culture by Lin Yu-tang has a rich connotation. If the western culture is a kind of external behavior standard, like the dress or coat on the body, the Chinese culture is his inner soul of life, and Minnan culture and the native complex is an important endoplasmic reticulum. Or, his cultural spirit was from the traditional Chinese culture, and rooted in the soil of Minnan culture. Therefore, from his Minnan cultural memory and writ- ing way, Lin Yu-tang spirit paradigm has been discussed in the paper. We find that his potential factors with Minnan local culture and background had played an important role in his life.
