摘要 电阻箱的标定是一个非常繁琐的过程。依照国家相关检定规程研究了一种基于LabVIEW软件平台,设计并实现一款直流电阻箱自动检定系统。该系统主要的硬件主要由数字万用表、计算机等组成,软件由LabVIEW完成,采用模块化编程的主流思想,最大可能的简化了系统的繁琐复杂性。系统通过系统设计思路、硬件组成、软件开发、系统调试、相关数据测试等方面系统的介绍了这款直流电阻箱自动检定系统。测试结果表明,所研究的直流电阻箱自动检定系统具有操作效率高(简便),性能可靠、设计要求达标等实用价值。系统实用性强、适用范围广。 Calibration of resistance box is a very tedious and complicated process. This paper studies a type of automatic verification system designed and produced based on LabVIEW platform. The main hardware of the systemismainly composed of digital multimeter, computer, etc, while the main software is supported by LabVIEW. This systemsimplifiescomplexity in the largest extent with the application of mainstream ideas of modularization programming.The system introduce the system from design ideas、hardware composition,software designing, system debugging,data testing and so on.Test results show that the system has the advantages of high efficiencyof operation, superior performance and meet design requirements. The system has higher practicability and wide range of application.
