摘要
运筹学排队论应用于维修行业,以建立投入资源与服务响应时间之间的关联模型。借助排队论模型,建立高速公路机电维修成本分析模型,分析客户提出的维修时间要求与维护成本投入之间的定量关系。在充分考虑维修效率最大化和成本费用最小化的基础上,取得两者之间平衡。该模型对维护成本、维护单价的测算具有实际指导意义。
The model for maintenance industry relating the capacity investment and the service waiting time is constructed with Queuing theory of Operations Research. The quantitative relationship between the costs and the customer's requirements for maintenance time is analyzed with the cost analysis model of highway electrical and mechanical maintenance. In full considera- tion of maximum maintenance efficiency and minimized costs, it strikes a balance between them. The model is useful for predic- ring maintenance costs and pricing.
