摘要
通过对几个故障案例的分析,得出长期备用柴油机的封存和启用是一项重要而专业的工作,其核心是柴油机润滑系统、燃料系统和冷却系统的防锈、防结胶和防结冻。为此,我们提出了一套较系统的封存和启用建议。相关单位可参考实施,并根据自身的环境、资源和人力条件制定相对科学合理的管理制度,以避免柴油机不必要的故障和事故,减少资源浪费和国民经济损失。
The seal and unsealing of long-term standby diesel engine is an important and professional job . Each company would better create an effective system to avoid accidents and save resources .The key of the system is to prevent the lubricating oil leaking , diesel thickening and water freezing .We give examples of failure and ad-vance seal ,maintenance and unsealing measures correspondingly .
