增强中医文化修养 提高中医人才人文素质

Enhancement of Traditional Chinese Medicine Culture,and Improve the Humanistic Quality of Traditional Chinese Medicine Talents

笔者论述了中医与文化的关系、中医文化的内涵以及中医文化在中医高等教育中的重要性和必要性,并结合现在中医高等教育的现状指出只有不断增加中医文化修养,提高中医人才人文素质,才能真正提高中医教育的质量,促进中医药的继承和发展。提出了从增设文化传统课程、加强经典学习、继承师带徒的形式、提高教师人文素养、拓展教育空间、充分利用网络的优势等几方面切实增强中医高等人才的文化修养。

the author discusses the importance and necessity in the higher education of TCM about the relationship between Chinese medicine and culture,the connotation of the Chinese culture and TCM culture. Combined with the present situation of the higher education of traditional Chinese medicine, We poims OUt that orgy with increasing of traditional Chinese medicine culture,irnprorqing humanism quality talents of traditional Chinese medicine,the quality of the education of traditional Chinese medldne can be truly improved,promoted and developed. Putting forward from the additional cultural traditional courses, strengthening the form of classical leaming,inheritancing the rmster,improving teachers＇ humane quality,expanding the education space and making full use of the advantage of networka few aspects,the higher talents of traditional Chinese medicine culture can be strengthen.
