摘要
目的考察丹皮酚在清胃散传统汤剂与配方汤剂以及清胃散颗粒剂和配方颗粒剂中的含量变化。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定清胃散中丹皮酚的含量和气质联用技术分析方中的挥发油成分。结果丹皮酚在清胃散传统汤剂与配方汤剂中的含量分别为0.12%、0.13%,而在合煎颗粒剂与分煎配方颗粒剂中均未检测出,同时气质联用技术检测其挥发油中丹皮酚的含量为88.7%。结论实验结果可对复方清胃散在临床上合理运用提供参考。
Objective To investigate the content change of paeonol in different decoctions of Qingwei Power. Meflmds Using HPLC determine the content of paeonol in the different decoctions of Qingwei San and GC- MS technical analysis of volatile oils prescription. Results The average content of paeonol in Qingwei Power traditional decoction and Recipe decoction were 0. 12 % ,0. 13 %, but the Decoction particles and formulated granular dccoction for Qingwei Powcr wcrc not detccted, while mass spcctrometry tcchniquc to dctect the paeonol of volatile oil was 88.7 %. Con- clusino The result of this experiment provided reference to clinic use in reason about Qingwei San.
