某医院住院医嘱中中药注射剂使用点评与分析

目的点评某医院住院医嘱中中药注射剂的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2013年1-10月某医院内科中药注射剂的用药频数、用法用量、溶媒等进行统计分析。结果中药注射剂的使用占病历总数的43.22%,活血化瘀类中药使用较多。结论内科系统中药注射剂应用比例较高,使用基本合理,但仍有不足,须引起重视。

Objective To evaluate the application of TCM herb drug injection in the hospital and provide reference for rational use of drugs. Meth- ods The frequency,usage and dosage and solution medium of TCM drugs injection in the hospital were analyzed from january to November 2013. Results The usage of herb drug injccton is 43.22% in the total case sudies,and blood activating and stasis removing was used more.Conclu- sion Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine injections used a higher proportion of injections,and the usage of TCM injecton was rational ,while there are still inadequate, We should pass through bring to the attention.
