Determination of Baicalin in Qinhu Liyan Mixture by HPLC

目的 建立芩斛利咽合剂中黄芩苷的HPLC含量测定方法.方法 采用ODS-C18色谱柱5μm （4.6×250mm）,流动相：甲醇-水-磷酸（47∶53∶0.2）;流速：1.0ml·min-1;检测波长280nm.结果 黄芩苷在0.02638～0.1319μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为98.38％,RSD=1.39％ （n =6）.结论 本方法简便快速、结果准确,可较好地控制该制剂的质量.

Objeetive To establish a HPLC method for determination of Baicalin in Qinhu Liyan Mixture. Methods Using OINS C18 chromatographic column 5μm （4. 6 x 250mm）, using Methanol - water - phosphoric acid （47 ： 53 ： 0.2） as mobile phase. The content was detected at a waveleng of 280nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml @ min ^-1. Results The Baicalin have a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 02638-0. 1319μg（ r = 9999）, the average recovery was 98. 38% ,RSD= 1.39% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The established method is accuracy ,sensitive and simple. It can be used for quality control of Qinhu Liyan Mixture.
