摘要
文章针对加入世贸组织（ WTO）、农业市场国际化对传统农业的影响，结合河北省农业发展的实际，分析了发展高新技术，改造河北农业面临的主要问题，提出了“四结合、四突破”的发展对策与措施。
In view of the effect of the entry of the World Trade Organization and the internationalization of agricultural products market on the traditional agriculture,the main problems in reforming Hebei agriculture by developing new and high－ tech were analysed.In addition,the countermeasure of“ Four Combinations” and“ Four Breakthroughs” was put forward in accordance with the reality of agricultural developement in Hebei province.
