项目法律顾问制度，是中国建筑的法务部门根据自身所处行业特点，在实践中摸索出来的。制度推行十年，取得了显著的效果，法务管理工作已经融入到中建及各级子分公司遍布全国的5000余个项目之中。经过十年努力，这种将风险防控重心前移的法务管理制度，已成为中建各个项目履约过程中自然而然的“防火墙”
