摘要 前路出粉法就是加宽前路,缩短心磨,全部改气辊为齿辊,放粗筛网,高整粉路,麸渣混走,出粉越多越好。前路均衡出粉法在磨辊接长分配上,减少皮磨接长,增加心渣磨接长,与前路出粉法相比,扩大了前路出粉范围。前路磨撞结合出粉法与前路均衡出粉法相比,扩大延伸了出粉部位,增加了重筛与使用光辊,增加了强力撞击松粉机与撞击磨,并大量使用清粉机。小麦制粉技术从反复研磨到逐步研磨,基本原理仍然贯穿其中,结合先进的工艺技术,对小麦制粉工艺提出合理的的优化和改进,节能降耗仍有广阔的发展空间。 Ahead of wheat flour method is widening the road ahead, shorten grinding heart, all to gas roller for tooth roller, put a coarse mesh, high the whole flour, bran slag mix, the flour, the more the better. The road ahead is balanced out flour method on the distribution of roller extension, reduce skin extension, increase heart slag grinding extension, compared with before the flour method, expand the scope ahead of flour. Anterior collision combination of flour grinding method compared with the method of the road ahead is balanced out flour, expand stretched out flour, increases the heavy screening with the use of light roller, increase the strong impact and im- pact mill flour machine, and the extensive use of whey flour machine. Wheat milling technology from grinding re- peatedly to grinding gradually, which runs through basic principle still, combined with advanced technology, the optimization of wheat milling process is put forward reasonable and improvement, saving energy and reducing consumption still has broad space for development.
