摘要 目的研究三种不同形式玻璃纤维筋连接件的弯锚锚固能力、弯锚抗拉强度和弯锚抗剪强度,为使这三种连接件早日应用于夹心保温外墙板实际工程提供依据.方法采用自行设计的多组混凝土试件,首先对玻璃纤维筋进行直锚拉拔试验,然后对三种连接件进行弯锚拉拔试验,最后进行剪切试验,通过试验数据和试验现象分析三种连接件的力学性能.结果璃纤维筋拥有很高的抗拉强度和直锚锚固性能,最大拉应力值高达532 MPa.连接件端部弧度越大,连接件越容易发生剪切破坏,抗拉强度就越低,其中U型连接件的抗拉强度最强.V型(45°)连接件的开裂位移和极限位移最小,U型连接件的开裂荷载和极限荷载最大.结论玻璃纤维筋具有良好的力学性能,可充当预制夹心保温外挂墙板内部一种连接件. This paper is aimed to study on flexural anchorage performance,tensile strength and shearing strength about the three kinds of GFRP connectors,determine the mechanical properties of these three kinds of GFRP connectors and to provide the reference so as to apply in engineering practice as soon as possible. By using many groups of concrete samples designed on ow n,at first,carrying out straight anchorage draw ing test,then bending anchorage draw ing test,at last,shearing test,analysis mechanical properties of the three kinds of connectors through the phenomenon and data of the test. GFRP connectors have stronger tensile strength and straight anchorage performance,the maximum tensile stress is 532 MPa. The larger the radian, the easier shear failure of the connector,the low er tensile strength,and tensile strength of U-type connector is maximum,cracking displacement and ultimate displacement of V(45°)-type connected specimens are the minimum,U-type connected specimens are the maximum. GFRP has good mechanical properties,it can be used as the connectors of sandw ich insulation w allboard.
