物理疗法在睑板腺功能障碍所致干眼治疗中的应用效果观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的:探讨物理疗法治疗睑板腺功能障碍所致干眼的疗效。方法2010年1月-2012年5月门诊确诊的68例睑板腺功能障碍引起的蒸发过强型干眼症,随机分配到对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组患者接受眼部药物治疗,观察组药物治疗配合眼部物理疗法治疗,通过观察两组患者治疗后临床症状的变化来评定治疗效果。结果对照组总有效率为67.65%,观察组总有效率为94.12%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论物理疗法能有效改善睑板腺功能,提高蒸发过强型干眼症的治疗效果,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of physical therapy in the treatment of dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction. Methods 68 cases of evaporative dry eye caused by meibomian gland dysfunction from 2010 January to 2012 May were treated and were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, 34 cases in each. Patients in control group were given drug treatment, while patients in observation group were given drug treatment and the eye physical therapy. The changes of clinical symptoms in two groups were observed to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results The total effective rate of control group was 67.65%, while the total effective rate of observation group was 94.12%. The total effective rate of two groups was with statistical differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Physicaltherapycan effectively improvemeibomiangland function, effectively treat evaporativedry eye, and is worthy of promotion.
