摘要
目的探讨成人Still's病(AOSD)的临床特点,以提高对本病的认识。方法回顾性分析2000年1月至2012年12月我院确诊的22例成人Still's病的临床资料。结果高热、关节痛、皮疹三大主要特征的发生率分别为100%、90.9%、86.4%。22例患者检测血清铁蛋白均升高,超过1000μg/ml。结论 AOSD是一种原因不明的慢性系统性疾患,以发热、关节痛、皮疹为主要临床表现,血清铁蛋白在AOSD的治疗及病情活动度的判断上有重要作用。抗生素治疗无效,常用的药物有非甾体类抗炎镇痛药(NSAIDs)、糖皮质激素和抗风湿药(DMARDs),大多数患者预后良好。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of adult-onset Still ＂s disease （AOSD）. Methods The clinical characteristics of 22 patients with adult-onset Still ＂s disease in the department from January 2000 to De- cember 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of fever, joint painand and skin lesion was 100% , 90.9% and 86.4% respectively. The levels of serum ferritin were increased, which was more than 1000ng/ ml. Conclusion AOSD is a chronic systemic disease, and the etiology and pathogenesis was unknown. Fever, joint pain and skin lesion are the main clinical characteristics. Serum ferritin is a useful marker for illness evaluation and therapeutic effect. Antibiotic therapy is ineffective. The commonly used drugs are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs （NSAIDs）, glucocorticoids and antirheumatic drugs （DMARDs）. The prognosis is well.
